Two-Piece Marigold Carnival Glass Vintage Compote
Perfect condition marigold color two-piece carnival glass compote. The top lifts off the base, and the base piece can be used as a separate, smaller compote. The top piece is 9 inches around and stands 4.5 inches high. The bottom piece is about 5.5 inches high with a bowl just over 5 inches around. This is a very ornate, intricate cut glass design. The color is marigold, which a cross of amber and orange or yellow. This arrangement is known as "the twins". Likely made in the 1950s era. No chips or cracks, clean and sparkling. The two pieces together are about 10 inches tall and weigh a combined 3 pounds, 4 ounces.
