This is a photo-lithograph printed in France in the early 1980s. The photographer is Rene-Jacques and the title is Notre Dame, The Tar-Sprayer, 1947. Bought at auction, this work is mounted and not framed. On the mounted cardboard backing, the measure is 16 inches tall and 12 inches wide. Perfect condition. In the foreground is the tar-sprayer leading his horse and wagon. In the background is Notre Dame, including the spire recently destroyed. Rene-Jacques, who was a noted French photographer of Paris and the French countryside, was born in Cambodia and lived from 1908-2003. Additional information about the photographer and his work is easily obtainable. This piece weighs 8 ounces.
