Thunderbolt, Vintage Marx Co. Plastic Horse

Sorry, this item has sold.

In the early to mid-1960s Marx toy company introduced their plastic, moveable, poseable, cowboy Johnny West, along with Jane West and Chief Cherokee. Thunderbolt was the horse for Johnny or Chief Cherokee. This toy is without chips or cracks and seems to, according to the box, have all the pieces it's suppose to have. The box, however, is only a box in the most generous use of the word. It's pretty ragged. Unfortunately, at some point, a previous owner thought it would be a good idea to glue the saddle to Thunderbolt. It was not a good idea. This toy weighs 12 ounces.
