Artist signed, Palsey. Measurement of painting is 9.5 inches wide and 7.5 inches tall. Nice wooden gold frame. Beaded frame, fabric and wood surround the painting. Ready to hang. With the frame, this piece measures about 16 inches wide and 14 inches tall. Frame is in very good to excellent condition, a few small punctures on the painting's paper backing. This painting weighs 2 pounds, 11 ounces.
