Vintage Herman August Kahler (HAK) Danmark Pitcher
Herman August Kahler (HAK) was an important Danish ceramicist. His initials are on the bottom of this pitcher, along with "Danmark" stamp. Floral pattern green and black pitcher holds 32 ounces. On the bottom is a small chip on the outer edge. See picture #3. Also, the inside edge of the handle has a rough 2.5 inches-long patch. This can be seen in picture #5. This pitcher stands 7 inches high and is about 6.5 inches at its widest. The rim of the pitcher measures about 3.5 inches around. For the collector or student of ceramics, this is a great piece and would make a fine addition to any grouping of HAK's work. This pitcher weighs 1 pound, 8 ounces.
