Small Framed Paper Cutting Floral Art Work

This is an interesting little piece of rustic art: paper cut leaves, flowers in a black basket. Looks old but no way of telling how old. Appears framed under glass with heavy cardboard backing. The frame and part of the back are covered in a black cloth-like tape. There's a very small tear in the upper left corner of the frame. Great little rustic/country work of art. Ready to hang from metal ring over cardboard which one doesn't see often anymore. Distinctive: nice fall colors. This piece weighs 4 ounces.
